Driving from Lewisville, Tx to Galveston in a Ford class C RV and a tire in the rear had the radials inside go bad...it did not blow off, but, it could have been a very dangerous situation, luckily as it happened, we exited and Madisonville Ford dealer was right there. Harold Roy met me at the service desk and I was a little in shock to say the least. I asked to have my RV's spare tire put on, or buy a new one... he immediately had me pull around, had a mechanic put my spare on and got us safely back on the road - HUGE THANK YOU Harold! We could not have been more blessed to have Harold cross our path that day and quickly get us taken care of... this service department is amazing - TY !

Amazing experience working with Kaden and Harold in the service dept. My Bronco needed work and they were able to help me out and work on the cost. Spoke to Kaden about possibly using a truck for a loaner while the work was being done to my vehicle, there was one available and they were able to put me in it so I could go about my business as usual. Super accommodating and very down to earth people all around. Made sure I was taken care of! Also, I happen to have a family emergency while I had the loaner and had to drive more than I expected. Talked to Kaden and he told me not to worry about it, just to take care of my family! These kind of experiences are those that will make life-long customers!
